From Cambridge to Guelph: Growing with Lens & Frames Optical

A church connection led to our first Lens & Frames website in Cambridge. Years later, Prem has opened a second store in Guelph, and we're still working together.

How it started in Cambridge

I first met Prem through church. We were attending the same church when he was getting Lens & Frames Optical started and looking for a website.

He was opening his first store on Hespeler Road in Cambridge. If you’re from the area, you know that’s a prime spot. We built the original website to showcase Lens & Frames and introduce the business online. Today, the site gives customers a place to explore eyewear, services, promotions and store information.

From Cambridge to Guelph

It’s been pretty exciting to see how much the business has grown since those early days. Prem went on to open a second Lens & Frames location in Guelph, and we built a matching website for that store. It carries over the familiar look while giving Guelph its own location information.

The Guelph website's Eye Exam page in a browser, with the 987 Gordon Street address, phone number and hours above a green menu and the heading Eye Exams in Guelph, ON, beside the Cambridge website's Eye Exam page with the Hespeler Road details above a blue menu and the heading Eye Exams in Cambridge, ON.
The Guelph website follows the Cambridge layout, with a green menu and its own address, hours and wording for Guelph.

Still working together

Prem is one of our longest-standing clients. We still host the websites and help with updates throughout the year.

The Promotions pages of the Cambridge and Guelph websites on a phone, each topped with its own street address, phone number and hours and showing the Buy One, Get Two Free, Kid's Package and Free Single Vision Lenses offers, beside the footers of both sites with each store's contact details and the line Website Designed & Hosted by Dragos Design Creative Ltd.
Both websites on a phone today, each with its own store details, and the footer line they share: Website Designed & Hosted by Dragos Design Creative Ltd.

For me, that’s what makes this one special. It started with a connection at church and a new local business. Now, years later, there are two locations, and we still get to be part of the journey. It’s been really rewarding to watch Prem build something that’s grown so much.

From the client

Very professional and efficient in handling web pages. You deserve a thumbs up for all your creativity and swiftness in designing our web page! It sure did attract customers to visit our website without a doubt. All the Best.
