Some of our longest-running client relationships begin with an introduction. That’s how we met Swanee Browning. Another DDC client connected us, and we’ve been working with her on The Hills Wedding Guide ever since.
Swanee started the guide as New Braunfels Wedding Guide, bringing together local wedding businesses and couples planning their big day. Today, The Hills Wedding Guide covers the wider Texas Hill Country, with vendor listings, real wedding stories, planning tips and plenty of inspiration.

A Custom Directory for Wedding Vendors
One of the more interesting parts of this website is the directory we built. Swanee can add a vendor from the website’s dashboard and assign them a Pearl, Gold or Diamond membership. That selection controls how the vendor appears across the site, from category listings to dedicated profiles and featured placements.

It gives Swanee a practical way to manage a paid vendor guide while helping couples explore venues, photographers, florists and the other businesses they need.

Bridal Jubilee, Year After Year
Swanee also runs Bridal Jubilee, an annual event connecting engaged couples with wedding professionals. Each year, we build a new event landing page and registration experience for brides and vendors, shaped around that year’s event.

Still Building Together
Since our first project, we’ve rebuilt the website and continued working with Swanee every week on new features, content updates, hosting and SEO.
What started with a simple introduction has turned into a long-term working relationship. We love what Swanee is building with The Hills Wedding Guide, and it’s been really cool getting to be part of it!
