Illustrative conversations, not real callers. Bookings, messages, live information, and urgent-call routes depend on the connections and rules we set up with you.
The conversation is just the beginning
The lead in your CRM. The appointment in your calendar. The registration link in someone’s hand. We connect the conversation to the tools you already use.
We confirm your systems and the workflow together. Depending on the connection, we use an API, Zapier, or Make.

Track your monthly AI call minutes. Once a call is transferred to your team, that time stops counting toward your plan.
A good handover changes everything
When a caller asks for a person, Beacon calls your team and explains who’s calling and why. You decide whether to take it. No walking into a conversation cold.

Your team
Beacon, to your team
“A caller would like to discuss a quote. I have their details. Would you like me to connect you?”
Your team hears the context. The caller stays on hold.
You’re connected. Beacon brings the caller through. Your time on the call doesn’t count toward AI minutes.
The caller is looked after. Beacon explains you’re unavailable and takes a message for your team.
Calls in more than one language
Your greeting can stay in English. When a caller answers in another language you’ve set up, or asks for one, Beacon carries on in that language and switches back if they do. It works from the same approved information, so there’s no second script to write.
Incoming call / Illustrative example
“Thanks for calling. This is Beacon, how can I help?”
The caller replies in
“Could someone install a new kitchen faucet this week?”

“I can check. There’s Thursday at 10 or Friday at 2. Would either work?”
“Bonjour, est-ce que quelqu’un pourrait installer un nouveau robinet de cuisine cette semaine?”
Beacon continues in French
“Je vérifie. J’ai jeudi à 10 h ou vendredi à 14 h. Est-ce que l’un des deux vous convient?”
“Hola, ¿alguien podría instalar un grifo nuevo en la cocina esta semana?”
Beacon continues in Spanish
“Déjeme revisar. Hay espacio el jueves a las 10 o el viernes a las 2. ¿Le viene bien alguno?”
“Добрий день, чи може хтось цього тижня встановити новий кран на кухні?”
Beacon continues in Ukrainian
“Зараз перевірю. Є четвер о 10:00 або п’ятниця о 14:00. Вам підходить один із цих варіантів?”
“你好,这周能找人来装一个新的厨房水龙头吗?”
Beacon continues in Mandarin
“我帮您查一下。周四上午10点或周五下午2点都有空,您看哪个时间方便?”

We work through it with you
We read your website, ask useful questions, and build Beacon around how your business actually works. Then we keep refining it as things change.
01 / Get to know your business
We agree the greeting, approved answers, languages, contact people, and what should happen with different kinds of calls.
02 / Try it together
A private browser preview lets you try conversations with your business details. Those previews don't send messages, book appointments, or use your call minutes.
03 / Connect your line
Forward calls to your Beacon line. Depending on your phone system, that can be all calls or just busy and unanswered ones. We test on the real line before launch.
04 / Keep it useful
We help fine-tune answers and routing as your services, team, and customer questions change.

Good questions
You can keep your existing number and forward calls to your Beacon line. Forwarding all calls, or just busy and unanswered calls, depends on your phone system. Moving your existing number over to Beacon isn't currently offered.
Yes. We set up appointment booking with connected calendars, including Google, Microsoft and more, and can connect call details to your existing CRM. Depending on your tools, we use a direct API connection, Zapier or Make. Tell us where your leads, notes and bookings need to go; we'll confirm the workflow and scope on a call.
Beacon works from your approved business information. When an answer is missing, it says so and offers to take a message for your team.
Recording is on by default, with a notice at the start of the call. Your business can switch recording off in the dashboard. Recordings are kept for 90 days by default; you can keep important calls longer or delete them.
If a caller asks, Beacon identifies itself as an AI assistant.
Yes. English is standard, and Beacon can also talk with callers in the other languages your customers use. It can greet in English and carry on in the caller’s language. We set up and test each language with you before launch, and we’ve already built a bilingual English and Ukrainian assistant.
No. Every AI Calling plan includes the Beacon website chatbot at no extra cost. It shares the approved knowledge and private dashboard with your phone assistant.
