Website Design for a Growing Window and Door Company

When we launched the original Precision Doors website in November 2024, the project included a new brand identity, professional photography, and a custom website built around the company’s exterior door business.

Since then, the company has grown into Precision Doors & Windows, and our work with Abe and his team has continued right alongside it.

That ongoing relationship is one of the things we like most about this project. We have continued refining the brand, updating the website experience, expanding the site for new products and service areas, and adapting the homepage around current marketing priorities. Instead of becoming a website that stayed exactly as it looked on launch day, it has continued to evolve with the business.

Building the Brand and Website Together

The original project gave us an opportunity to work on the brand and website as one connected experience.

We created a new logo and branding guide for Precision Doors, establishing the colours, typography, and logo variations that could be used consistently across the website and other marketing materials. As the company has grown, we have continued refining that identity rather than treating the first version as untouchable.

That same thinking carried into the website. We wanted the visual experience to feel polished, but the products and craftsmanship still needed to do most of the talking.

We helped coordinate professional photography so the website could feature real products and completed work. Those images became a major part of the design, supported by clean product pages, straightforward information, and responsive layouts that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Our branding and logo design and custom website design were developed together so the company had a more consistent foundation to build from.

Making It Easy for Homeowners to Take the Next Step

A window and door website needs to do more than present a catalogue of products. Homeowners need to understand what is available, see examples of the work, get answers to common questions, and know how to start a conversation.

We built clear calls to action throughout the site for quote requests and consultations, along with simple contact forms that make it easy for a prospective customer to reach the Precision team.

The original site also included an FAQ section to answer common questions around products, installation, materials, and pricing. Combined with the product-focused pages and professional photography, those elements created a clearer path from browsing to getting in touch.

That approach is especially useful for home improvement companies, where a website often needs to balance detailed product information with a very simple customer journey. We have applied similar thinking on our Home Shield Exteriors website project, another Windsor-Essex home improvement company where strong visuals and clear contact paths were important parts of the experience.

A Website That Keeps Changing With the Business

The biggest evolution since launch has been the growth of the business itself.

Precision Doors has become Precision Doors & Windows, with the website expanding to support windows, exterior doors, garage doors, financing information, promotions, and individual service-area content.

The homepage has evolved too. Rather than being locked into one permanent message, it can shift around what the company needs to promote at a particular time. Seasonal campaigns can take a more prominent position, with campaign-specific messaging and calls to action that connect the website to what the team is actively marketing.

The homepage can evolve around current products, promotions, and marketing priorities.

That flexibility matters because the website now has a different job than it did when the original project launched. The company offers more, serves more communities, and has more marketing opportunities to support.

We have also continued refining the logo and visual presentation as the Precision brand has developed. For us, that is an important part of an ongoing website relationship. A growing company should not have to keep working around decisions that made sense at the original launch if the business has moved forward.

Client Feedback After Launch

Abe Bergen, owner of Precision Doors & Windows, left Dragos Design Creative a five-star Google review in March 2025 after the original rebrand and website launch.

He described Graham as being “genuinely invested in understanding our vision and goals” and said the new website was visually strong and easy for customers to use.

Most importantly, Abe reported that the business had already seen a “significant increase in leads and customers reaching out to us” following the rebrand and new website.

We do not treat that as a performance result we measured ourselves, but it is meaningful feedback directly from the client. The branding, photography, product presentation, and contact paths were all built to make it easier for homeowners to understand the business and take the next step, and it was encouraging to hear that the Precision team was seeing more inquiries after launch.

The relationship has continued well beyond that first website. As Precision Doors & Windows grows, Dragos Design Creative continues to help the brand and website grow with it. That is what makes this project especially rewarding for us: we are not simply maintaining what we launched in 2024. We are continuing to shape a website around where the business is going next.
